Dragon Fruits

Red Dragon Fruit, also known as Pitaya, is a beautiful tropical fruit in the cactus family with bright magenta flesh speckled with small, edible seeds. The flavour is sweet with an earthy note. The texture of dragon fruit is often compared to kiwifruit.

White dragon fruit is a tropical fruit and cultivated in Central America, Southeast Asia, Mexico, Australia. The skin is soft with scales and pink in colour, whereas the flesh is white with small, black edible seeds. It has a light sweet taste and a texture of between that of a kiwi and a pear fruit.
